Allyum advises TotalEnergies on the sale of its subsidiary WinWatt to Reno.energy
Allyum, a Belgian M&A advisory firm specializing in mid-market companies, acted as exclusive financial advisor to TotalEnergies on the sale of its subsidiary WinWatt* to Reno.energy.
WinWatt, a subsidiary of
TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium, is a leading solar panel installer
in Belgium, generating historically €17 million in annual revenues.
Headquartered in Belgium, the company specializes in solar panel installations
for retail (B2C) and professional(B2B) clients across Flanders, Wallonia, and
Brussels. In addition, WinWatt is active
in the electric vehicle charging and battery storage markets.
Over the past four years, WinWatt
has completed more than 3.400 residential solar projects and installed over 10
MWc of solar capacity for B2B clients. Its scalable and lean business model,
combined with strong in-house expertise, has positioned the company as a
trusted partner in delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions.
For Reno.energy, this acquisition
is a strategic milestone, strengthening its presence in Flanders and supporting
its growth strategy in France. It also enables Reno.energy to leverage
WinWatt’s B2B expertise as part of its broader business transformation. For TotalEnergies,
the transaction is in line with its strategy to refocus on core activities.
This acquisition consolidates
Reno.energy’s leadership in the Belgian solar installation market, creates
synergies, and accelerates geographical expansion.
In this transaction, Allyum was
assisted by Liedekerke (Damien Conem) as legal advisor.
*Legally known since 2022 as
TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium (TSB)
