Nexis joins forces with Trustteam
Allyum is very proud of this 100% Belgian success. Nexis and Trustteam, two Belgian IT companies, have decided to merge under the Trustteam banner, in order to further develop their business on the Belgian market. Alysse Food seduced the taste buds of Group Roullier
Founded by Mr. Samuel Kupchik in 1995, Alysse Food has grown to become the European leader in the production of American-inspired pastries and bakeries (muffins, cupcakes, bagel etc.). The company supplies retailers and food services operators across Europe. Last year, Alysse Food reported sales worth EUR 37M with an EBITDA of EUR 4,65M. Its buyer, Groupe Roullier, already owns Pâtisseries Gourmandes, a French traditional pastry platform which was looking to complete its offer and its sales network in order to accelerate its international development.
