Allyum advises Davin on its sale to Koesio
Koesio, formerly known as Groupe C'PRO, develops internationally and announces the acquisition of Groupe Davin
Groupe Davin is specialized in the distribution of professional multifunction printers, document management and video projection solutions. Founded in 1975 by Bernard Davin, the company operates mainly in French-speaking Belgium and Luxembourg. It has 4 sites in Belgium: Brussels, Charleroi (head office), Liège, and Namur, and one site in Luxembourg, with a total workforce of 78 employees and a turnover of nearly 19M€.
Groupe Davin enjoys a solid market position, particularly in Belgium (leader in Wallonia), thanks to an exhaustive range of solutions fully adapted to companies (SMEs and large groups), administrations, associations or liberal professions, with SMEs and mid-caps representing approximately 80% of the Group's turnover.
The Group has over 3,400 active customers. The installed base of machines consists of approximately 7,500 Canon, Kyocera and Ricoh products.
Its subsidiary Défilangues, in charge of interactive communication solutions (screens and blackboards), is also the market leader with more than 6,000 classrooms equipped, operates mainly within the French-speaking education.
Steve Davin will be in charge of the management of the company, continuing the family tradition. He is assisted by his brother Kurt Davin, responsible for customer service and logistics.
