Allyum advises SBEP on its sale to Forecast Consulting, a subsidiary of the EIF Group

Allyum, the Belgian M&A financial advisory firm dedicated to medium-sized companies, has been mandated by SBEP (Société Belge d'Exonération de Précompte) to act as exclusive financial advisor in its sale to EIF Expertise.

Born from the merger of three companies specialized in HR and taxation in 2020 and headquartered in Belgium, SBEP (Société Belge d’Exonération de Précompte) is a specialized services company focused on payroll tax optimization. SBEP supports Belgian SMEs and micro-enterprises in reducing labor costs related to withholding tax, and social security contributions. The company has assisted more than 1,600 clients and recovered over €30 million from federal authorities through its risk-free 'no cure, no pay' model. By working closely with social secretariats and accountants, SBEP provides tailored solutions that help companies optimize their payroll and tax structures.

 

Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Paris, France, EIF Expertise is a specialist in local and urban fiscal advisory, serving businesses, investors, real estate investors, developers, and local authorities. The firm supports clients in forecasting, auditing, and enhancing the value of local and urban taxes and other levies.
