Associate
Your Role
As an Associate, you will work on Mid-Cap M&A transactions as part of a complementary team of experienced professionals. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities
- Assist in the origination process by preparing pitch books and presentations including industry and company analysis, valuations, deal structuring, etc.
- Assist in the entire deal execution process by preparing transaction documents, identify potential buyers or acquisition targets, coordinate the due diligence process, etc.
- Build valuation models using different methods : discounted cash flows, trading comps, transaction comps, etc.
- Manage client relations during the entire deal execution process.
- Support the Business Development team in the generation of new leads and prospects.
M&A manager
Your Role
As an M&A manager you will be involved in the full process of a successful transaction from origination to closing.
Deal Origination
- Identify transaction opportunities
- Conduct analyses of potential transactions (pitches – industry research)
- Present deal opportunity to potential clients or investors
Deal Execution
- Manage the financial modeling and presentation documentation
- Approach potential counterparts and manage the discussion process
- Advise on valuation and negociation strategy
- Negotiate deal terms and conditions
- Coordinate other advisors (lawyers, auditors, experts etc.)
Internship Position
Your Role
As an Intern, you will work as part of dynamic team of experienced professionals supporting Mid-Cap M&A transaction. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities
- Assist in the origination process by preparing pitch books and presentations including company and industry analysis, etc.
- Assist during various phases of the deal execution process by drafting of transaction documents, execute screenings for potential buyers or acquisition targets, coordinate the due diligence process, etc.
- Assist in the construction of valuation models and reports using different methods: discounted cash flows, trading comps, transaction comps, etc.
- Support the Business Development team in the development of new leads and prospects.
